All orders placed within Bulgaria by 4:00 PM are processed and shipped on the same day via the courier company Econt. Each shipment is sent in discreet, neutral packaging with no information about the contents, ensuring complete security and confidentiality.

Orders shipped outside Bulgaria are subject to individual calculation of delivery costs and transit times depending on the destination. We will contact you after the order is placed to confirm the final shipping details before dispatch.
